Refund & Return Policy

This policy is posted in accordance with New York General Business Law § 218-a.
All Sales Final
All sales of artwork and fine art multiples, including screenprints and editions, are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is accepted. Please review the listing, the edition disclosure, and available condition images carefully before purchasing, and contact prints@amanirena.studio with any questions prior to placing an order.
Damage in Transit
Every shipment is insured to the purchase price while in transit. If a work arrives damaged, notify prints@amanirena.studio within five (5) business days of delivery with photographs of the work and all packaging, and retain the packaging. We will file the insurance claim and, upon claim resolution, provide a replacement from the edition where available or a refund of the purchase price. Transit damage is handled through carrier insurance and is not a return.
Order Errors
If we ship the wrong work or the wrong edition number, we will correct the error at our expense.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under New York law, including express-warranty remedies under Article 15 of the New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law relating to fine art multiples disclosures.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. Purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale and posted Refund & Return Policy, which control in the event of any conflict regarding a purchase.

The Site and its contents — including text, editorial content, photography, design, logos, and the "Amanirena" name and marks — are owned by Amanirena or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Images of artworks are the copyright of the respective artists or rights holders and are displayed with permission for the purpose of offering and documenting the works.
2. Limited License
You may view the Site and print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content — including artwork images — without prior written permission from Amanirena and, where applicable, the rights holder.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: interfere with the Site's operation or security; attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or artwork images, including for training machine-learning or AI systems, without written permission; misrepresent your identity in transactions or inquiries; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Submissions and Inquiries
If you send us inquiries, consignment proposals, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to share them. Unsolicited submissions do not create any confidential or fiduciary relationship, and acquisition or advisory discussions become binding only through a signed written agreement.
5. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep listings, edition disclosures, and editorial content accurate. Except for the statutory disclosures and express warranties described in our Terms of Sale, Site content is provided for general information and may be updated or corrected at any time.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party sites and services, including our newsletter platform and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMANIRENA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMANIRENA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE (AS DISTINCT FROM A PURCHASE GOVERNED BY THE TERMS OF SALE) WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Amanirena against claims and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your unlawful use of the Site.
10. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Kings County, New York.

We may revise these Terms of Use by posting an updated version with a new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale, and Refund & Return Policy, are the entire agreement regarding Site use.

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, [Stripe / Shopify Payments]; Amanirena does not receive or store card numbers.
