Images of artworks are the copyright of the respective artists or rights holders and are displayed with permission for the purpose of offering and documenting the works.
2. Limited License
You may view the Site and print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content — including artwork images — without prior written permission from Amanirena and, where applicable, the rights holder.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: interfere with the Site's operation or security; attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or artwork images, including for training machine-learning or AI systems, without written permission; misrepresent your identity in transactions or inquiries; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Submissions and Inquiries
If you send us inquiries, consignment proposals, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to share them. Unsolicited submissions do not create any confidential or fiduciary relationship, and acquisition or advisory discussions become binding only through a signed written agreement.
5. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep listings, edition disclosures, and editorial content accurate. Except for the statutory disclosures and express warranties described in our Terms of Sale, Site content is provided for general information and may be updated or corrected at any time.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party sites and services, including our newsletter platform and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES MADE IN CONNECTION WITH A PURCHASE UNDER THE TERMS OF SALE OR ANY WARRANTY THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER NEW YORK LAW, INCLUDING UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE NEW YORK ARTS AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS LAW.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMANIRENA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE (AS DISTINCT FROM A PURCHASE GOVERNED BY THE TERMS OF SALE) WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Amanirena against claims and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your unlawful use of the Site.
10. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
12. Changes; Severability; Entire Agreement
We may revise these Terms of Use by posting an updated version with a new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale, and Refund & Return Policy, are the entire agreement regarding Site use.
