Refund & Return Policy

This policy is posted in accordance with New York General Business Law § 218-a.

All Sales Final

All sales of artwork and fine art multiples, including screenprints and editions, are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is accepted. Please review the listing, the edition disclosure, and available condition images carefully before purchasing, and contact prints@amanirena.studio with any questions prior to placing an order.

Damage in Transit

Every shipment is insured to the purchase price while in transit. If a work arrives damaged, notify prints@amanirena.studio within five (5) business days of delivery with photographs of the work and all packaging, and retain the packaging. We will file the insurance claim and, upon claim resolution, provide a replacement from the edition where available or a refund of the purchase price. Transit damage is handled through carrier insurance and is not a return.

Order Errors

If we ship the wrong work or the wrong edition number, we will correct the error at our expense.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under New York law, including express-warranty remedies under Article 15 of the New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law relating to fine art multiples disclosures.
